This is where I think websites either try to bore you or buy you. Luckily for you this is not a commercial blog, it’s a professional blog that is about providing rich quality content on boxing, boxing equipment, fitness, fitness equipment and health – life style and that “sort of thing” tips.

This is what an about page should be. Originally thanks to Matt McGee’s best about us page – I changed it a bit.

1.) Be human. Hello World. I think the use of being human can be said by being “a great individual who listens well, great at communicating and teaching you a point and is really funny”. Humour, fact and a mixture of sarcasm/randomness can not only engage in blog readers (people) but can help people connect and learn and remember things they can put into practice.

2.) Tell stories. There’s no more captivating content than a well-told, interesting story. I hope the content above makes up for my lack of enthusiasm of telling a story, hopefully, I will look back at this page in a year’s time and write a blog post about it. To be honest, there is no real interesting story about Arm-Bar.co.uk, what can can be said is that blog and content will always attempt to be human and free from adverts – the purpose – give you better magazine style content and literature for free. 3.) Differentiate. What makes you unique? What makes you special? Sometimes it’s important — maybe imperative — to declare who you are and who you’re not; what you are and what you’re not.

This blog is unique in terms of its design, its special because its free, and just to bring my message across again – I am a simpleton wishing to write a content filled blog with rich good content that will entertain and change people’s lives. Fitness and health is critical in our fast food world, and there are not many blogs, let us face it, that give free content away at a professional level – no strings attached. Although some SEO readers would point out that, the blog is great for linking back to websites that do offer commercial services in this industry. Some would even argue that it’s a blog for back linking.

4.) Welcome people. Every great customer service operation places great importance on making the visitor/shopper feel welcome in the store. A great “About Us” page can serve the same purpose.

Yes, the purpose is not to leave your readers or potential readers in confusion – this blog is content filled with information about changing your life – I am aware that people these days jump through blogs in a matter of seconds and hardly read the content these days, that’s why videos serve better in many mediums – this blog is not for those people. I am affiliated with world leading fitness equipment manufacturer and the people who write on the blog are all professionals in the industry – we also link from University sites where we find our research – we as in the author writes who I allow to publish content on Arm-Bar. Arm-Bar is about giving you great content that you can depend on and trust.
